Raccourcir la phase télogène

The telogen phase is the resting phase of the hair growth cycle. During this phase, hair follicles are not actively growing and the hair shaft is not being produced. After a period of time, the hair will fall out and a new anagen (growth) phase will begin. It is thought that shortening the telogen phase could potentially stimulate hair growth by reducing the amount of time the hair follicle is in the resting phase and allowing more time for the anagen phase. However, more research is needed to fully understand the hair growth cycle and how it can be manipulated to promote hair growth.
